As a Psychometric Analyst you will be analyzing statistics and data to assess the intelligence, personality, skills, and other personal traits of a person to evaluate communication reception and related behaviors and impediments.

Other duties include:

  • Serves as a key contributor to communication execution and assessment by constructing, scaling and equating queries.

  • Oversee the development and execution of operational scoring, data analysis, survey, and score reporting activities in support of assessment programs and products.

  • Provides advice and products to internal teams on best practices in query development.

  • Contributes to statistical analysis efforts and overall assessment planning.

  • Evaluate reasonableness and troubleshoot unusual equating or other analysis results.

  • Synthesizes information and produces coherent summaries and recommendations.

  • Creates documents, prepares presentations, and presents at stakeholder group meetings.

  • Supports maturation of assessment efforts by creating new processes, building efficiencies, and recommending innovations.

  • Establishes, maintains, develops and enhances psychometric models, methods, processes, and systems.

  • Ensures continuous improvement processes that lead to improvements in efficiency, quality, and facilitate innovation for existing and planned products and services.

  • Requires proficiency in Python, SAS, SPSS, R, or other statistical software; extensive knowledge of advanced statistical and measurement concepts including classical and item response theory (IRT) psychometric practice; extensive knowledge of research and statistical methods; excellent communications and presentation skills.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires 5+ years of related experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires a Bachelors’ Degree in psychometrics, psychology, statistics, or related fields.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Secret clearance required; accepted candidates will be submitted for upgrade.
