Updates and maintains content on required Microsoft SharePoint sites ensuring materials are continually updated and refreshed as assigned
Analyze, document and propose recommendations for new Microsoft SharePoint sites in support of new projects; draft site function requirements and document project goals, phases, communication, and implementation plans
Examines current and new business procedures, operating procedures, and workflows to identify and report recommendations towards process improvements or restructuring
Generate System and Functional Requirement’s Documentation with clear, concise, business and functional requirements, identifying potential solutions for functionality and reporting needs for assigned MAHRS, EEO, Manpower, HR or related system or application
Update and maintain MAHRS and EEO Policy, Guidance, Standard Operating Procedures, Business Processes and related documents
Create, coordinate and complete test scenarios for enhancement features, bug fixes, system upgrades, and new implementations
Create and support HRLink and/or Jupiter reports, dashboards, metrics and visualizations utilizing Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks, and/or DON Jupiter tools
Design, development and complete ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations consistent with the level of effort identified by the MAHRS and EEO program managers, to include HR performance metrics, hiring metrics, timeliness, quantity, and other DON HR requirements utilizing Cognos BI, Qlik, Databricks, DON/Jupiter, or similar tools
Assist in developing and populating the corporate dashboards and scorecards with metrics data and briefing charts as requested. Support includes, but not limited to, creation/maintenance of new and existing metrics on the M&RA HR Portal, Cognos-based tools like HRLink, or DON/Jupiter, and in the creation/maintenance of reports related to dashboard or scorecards
Provide technical and functional user system support for EEO iComplaints, Navy Electronic Accommodations Tracker (NEAT), Federal Sector EEO Portal (FEDSep), and the Investigations and Resolutions Case Management System (IRCMS) systems within the DON EEO Community
Design and develop processes to capture Applicant Flow Data, Occupational Civilian Labor Force (OCLF) benchmarks and Barrier Analysis trigger analyses database tables to automate the process
Prepare briefing charts to include analysis and detailed data explanations
Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports at the DON, Command or Organizational level as assigned; include documented data and calculations used in product generation
Prepare briefs in support of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Department of Defense (DoD) metric requirements; requires regular downloads from data sources to generate
Provide logistical support for assigned events supporting MAHRS and EEO
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business, information systems or related
Five (5) years of experience with design, development, and sustainment of reports, dashboards, metrics utilizing Cognos BI, DON/Jupiter tools or similar
Three (3) years of experience utilizing federal HR data
Two (2) years of Microsoft SharePoint content management
Completed NACI or ANACI background verification
