Job Description: GDIT is looking for a Manager of our IT Service Management Office (ITSMO) for the USCENTCOM CITS Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will lead the ITSMO in support of the Program Manager in providing leadership, technical and administrative supervision for all contractor personnel assigned to the CITS Task Order.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Manager will lead the ITSMO within the J6 Directorate of USCENTCOM leading the two branches in the ITSMO (Mission Support and Customer Relationship Management) to work across the CITS program to define new ways of developing product and packaging solutions internally and externally, including DevSecOps and Agile methods. Guides and ensures standardization of day-to-day operations of enterprise systems and services. Works and interfaces with senior Government leaders. Ensures all systems are maintained and operated in accordance with approved SOPs at agreed levels as outlined in formal SLAs. Monitors systems health and KPIs to ensure stable IT operations and works collaboratively across technical teams in support of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management. Leads the IT service delivery programs and provides performance-based customer service support to include Organizational Change Management, Customer Relationship Management, and User Experience Management.
Education and/or Certifications: Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of experience leading large IT organizations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Demonstrated experience managing a program of similar size, scope, and complexity to the CITS TO
- Demonstrated experience managing personnel deployed and co-located with military personnel in an overseas location
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a program management office for a large program
Desired Skills: - Demonstrated experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such as the military or other large Government organization
- Demonstrated experience managing an incentive-based contract or TO
- Candidate should have experience within the USCENTCOM AOR and be familiar with its mission
Clearance Requirement: - Active TS/SCI eligibility required
