As part of GDIT's Growth organization, the PTW group supports capture for the company’s bids.  The PTW Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and development of deliverables ultimately leading to a winning bid price recommendation.  The successful candidate will have experience briefing senior leadership and “making the case” for the PTW recommendation.  The focus of this position is on the Defense market for mid-tier bids.

As a PTW Analyst, you will:

  • Assess government RFP price evaluation models to determine the key cost and price levers for the evaluated bid price
  • Develop the probable competitive evaluated bid price range considering the RFP evaluation criteria, customer buying behaviors, and competitive positioning on non-price evaluation factors
  • Substantiate the probable bid range based on quantitative data such as historical run rates, salary survey mapping, wrap rate analysis, labor profile modeling, industry benchmarks & metrics, reverse engineering of past bids, and expert judgment
  • Conduct business case analysis considering bid and execution models
  • Brief Senior Leadership and "make the case" for the PTW recommendation

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in Defense market services bid pricing/PTW analysis in the following areas:

  • Mission services such as training, cyber, systems engineering, O&M, etc.
  • IT infrastructure, including cloud, network operations, data center operations, etc.
  • Software applications development and sustainment

To qualify, you must meet these basic criteria:

  • US Citizenship
  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • 5+ years Defense market pricing experience with a government contractor
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated strategic pricing/price -to-win experience
