  • Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions. Document, analyze, and assess current business processes and underlying systems/applications. Produce timely and high quality requirements-related work products including requirement specifications and process flows. Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Plan, facilitate, and execute system, functional, performance, usability testing for projects and enhancements. Serve as liaison to other departments that have specific business functions and collaborate to identify, document, and communicate business needs to provide solutions. Develop business/use cases associated with new project requests.
  • Minimum Education: Shall possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
  • Minimum Experience: In addition to the education requirements above, Senior Business Systems Analyst (Logistics) must have a minimum of eight years of experience in a combination of Navy logistics and Navy logistics AIS management.
  • Education Equivalency: As a substitute, eight years of experience in a combination of Navy and logistics and AISs management. Education equivalency experience is in addition to the minimum experience of the labor category.
