The Business Analyst will work closely with EOIR stakeholders to prepare a Functional Requirements Document that catalogues all EOIR requirements for the EOIR Courts and Appeal System (ECAS). The Business Analyst will coordinate closely with the PTG Business Analyst to conduct a gap analysis that identifies each EOIR requirement that cannot be satisfied through the existing capabilities of Benchmark. For each requirement within the scope of Benchmark, the Business Analyst will map the requirement to the Benchmark parameter that satisfies the requirement. The Business Analyst shall have a minimum of five years of experience identifying and cataloging requirements, preferably supporting a government software implementation. The Business Analyst shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing directly with government stakeholders at EOIR.
