The warehouse/asset manager will possess the skill set to:
Organize and palletize inventory according to project
Identify the type of AV/VTC equipment received
Read technical drawings to assist in installs and identify missing equipment
Document serial numbers of equipment and create user guides that include equipment serial numbers
Identify open inventory items and document inventory changes in the Inventory Report
Navigate through Microsoft Excel
Communicate with installation technicians and the programmers to assist with any discrepancies of equipment
Send out reports on a weekly basis to client
Create user guides for AV/VTC systems installed prior to onsite installations
The warehouse manager will be responsible for signing for shipments as they arrive to the warehouse. This position has a 10% chance of traveling to project sites to document inventory and or assist in installing systems.
