At the beginning of a new 10-year contract, immediately implement Project Management principles following the contract guides. Align and implement Project management, Change Management, Risk Management, Continual Service Improvement, and applicable SLAs to the benefit of the customer and the program. Manage daily any changes in cost, schedule, and scope through a change management process and updating/maintaining the project charter and plan.
Manages day to day project activities using MS Project as the main tool, assisting engineers and technicians with processes and procedures to stream line data collection, report weekly collection of efforts and submits reports both internally and to client.
Develop and apply PM quality standards to our project charters in accordance with company and customer requirements. Encourage, conduct and monitor Program Charters and tracks related milestones and deliverables. Ensures timelines are met and controlled accurately. Support and coordinate with Enterprise Architect and Documentation Manager daily.
Under the Charter and Process documentation you will guide the program to successful implementation of a Change Management process into the enterprise SharePoint for form creation, tracking, and reporting. Performing as the Change Manager to across the catalog of systems.
Manage the Charter and Process documentation and guide the program to successful implementation of a Process Improvement Process into the enterprise SharePoint to create, track, and report on Corrective and Preventive Action Requests.
Provide support in developing SLA calculations and managing support data and justification. Elevate SLA understanding and documentation for the program and the customer. Provide formula assessment and execution information based on correlation of contractual SLA information, PWS information, proposal information, support current technologies' storage, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
Reports to Enterprise Architect and supports the internal PMO as a member. Additional tasks assigned as needed by program.
Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education/training, experience, or military training.
Project management scheduling experience, to include leading multiple projects (10-20) with small teams (1-3).
MS Project experience required.
Active Secret clearance required
