GDIT has an exciting opportunity available for a Logistics Analyst within the Regional Support Center (RSC) in Iraq.  This position requires someone with a current and active Secret clearance. This position may require travel to outlying sites, work in austere environments, and working close with the customers. You will support the RSC and equipment to include CREW, PM REF, CRAM, CMWS Elevated Sensors, and more.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred
  • Work PM Soldier to ensure logistics duties are carried out properly to include ensuring all hours are properly accounted for across correct and authorized charge lines, entries are correctly entered GCSS-A data bases, assigning equipment, and other duties as assigned.
  • Provide material handling coordination support to include shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property.
  • Inspect inbound inventory for defects or notable damage and logs/reports issues
  • Data entry, research and documentation of receiving issues
  • Prepare inventory for shipping, loading of pallets, generating documentation, resolve inventory-tracking problems
  • Interact with vendors to obtain information to complete ITARs documents, reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare RMA’s.
  • Maintain position control of the Authorized Stockage Listing (ASL).
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, bins, or containers according to predetermined sequence.
  • High level of experience operating within the GCSS-ARMY (maintenance) environment.
  • Must have the ability to generate/produce data and reports needed for all required operations
  • Must demonstrate a high level of customer service skill and be able to present a positive approach with customers.
  • Proficient in MICROSOFT office.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


  • BA/BS and 3 years’ experience, AA/AS plus 7 years’ experience; or a High School Diploma and 9 years’ experience.
  • Active and current U.S. Secret Clearance.
  • Medically able to successfully complete CRC and deploy.
  • A current U.S. Passport with more than 2 years remaining before expiration and at least 4 blank consecutive pages for VISA stamps.
