General Dynamics Information Technology – Federal Civilian Division is looking for Product Management Support Analyst to join our team to support the United States Army Medical Material Development Activity (USAMMDA). This position is based in Ft. Detrick Maryland.

In this role, a typical day would include:

  • Providing product management support to various Warfighter Health, Performance and Evacuation (WHPE) Product Management Organization (PMO) development efforts in the area of network or software engineering.
  • Participating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to include scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, related documentation, and minutes
  • Supporting numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the product portfolio 
  • Supporting all major initiatives to advance product development and associated activities
  • Assisting with programmatic and technical document review, market research, and vendor site visits/demonstrations
  • Assisting in portfolio financial management by performing budget analysis and contract support in regards to deliverables and periods of performance 
  • Participating in various meetings both internally and externally to the organization
  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments
  • Supporting the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle and document preparation


  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Network or Software Engineering, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 5+ years of related experience (including at least 1 year experience in product planning)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • A Public Trust (NACI) is required
