Our work depends on a Customer Service Manager joining our team to represent the company to external and/or internal customers. answering product or service-related questions. Provide customer assistance and problem resolution to a wide variety of customers across business areas. Responds to non-routine customer calls, email and web inquires, providing a single point of contact for problems.
HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages the activities of a contact center. Manages subordinate Supervisors
● Answer product or service related questions
● Provide customer assistance and problem resolution to a wide variety of customers across business areas
● Respond to non-routine customer calls, email and web inquires, providing a single point of contact for problems
● Ability to multi-task
● Ability to support/manage 24x7 operations as needed, during core hours 6am - 6pm
● Able to clearly articulate complicated problems and break them down into solvable pieces
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Science in an IT related field
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: DoD 8570 compliant certification (CompTIA Security +, etc.)
● Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI w/poly
● Location: On-site
● US Citizenship Required
