Performs a variety of general administrative and clerical tasks in support of day to day office operations.
Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator, duties include scheduling office resources, facilitating mail/shipments, maintaining office supplies, purchasing (P-CARD), organizational and clerical support, scheduling, writing copy, word processing, receiving / greeting guests and other general administrative duties.
Organizes and maintains common areas
Performs general office clerk duties and errands. Organizes travel and coordinates office events as necessary.
Reviews current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Completes personnel onboarding tasks such as electronic I-9 Employment Verifications, Personnel Action Notices, on boarding briefings, and monitors / tracks personnel onboarding to completion.
Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures for the office and programs.
Monitor Compliance with Corporate requirements
Maintain Org charts
Participates in special projects as required.
