GDIT is currently seeking a Program Analyst who has both a project management background and working knowledge of the government processes to support a new program that provides agency-wide Enterprise IT support. The Program Analyst will help ensure all task orders from across the contract are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis, and deadlines are met.
• Assist the management team with tracking workflow and facilitating review meetings • Identify and document requirement changes and assess their impacts on the program baseline requirements • Identifying and coordinating changes, and integrating those in order to exceed customer expectations and meet SLA needs • Collection, reporting and analysis of SLA metrics • Understanding foundational concepts of SLA Management and Continual Service Improvement (CSI) • Coordinating program and project wide CSI efforts to optimize operations for technical and cost efficiencies • Collection and analysis of current and projected Enterprise IT service usage data to facilitate the proliferation of a managed services methodology across the Enterprise • Create quality analytical products to include visualization, briefs, workflows, diagrams and reports • Identify areas of gaps and inefficiencies, provide specific inputs and recommendations, and work with the Sponsor to obtain support and authorization for delivering solutions • Maintain a fully integrated, cross-functional program view; balances technical and business need to meet the program’s objectives and goals
Required Skills: o Bachelor’s Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience o Effective management and leadership skills o Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects o Effective communication and time management skills o Detailed knowledge of relevant government regulations and standards o Must demonstrate Project Management fundamentals utilizing approved tools and techniques, to include scheduling, execution and monitoring/controlling o Must be able to effectively communicate across the Program, with the Sponsor, stakeholders and with other contractors o Ability to work within tight schedule timelines while delivering high quality work products o Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office tool suite o Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance, with Full-Scope Polygraph
