Core hours -07300-1630 Candidate will greet visitors and provides positive customer service. demonstrate the ability to schedule immunization and xray appointments for travelers, cancel appointments, block dates/times, and print out and post daily schedules utilizing the sponsor appointment scheduling program (1-2 hours total/day). Candidate will coordinate scheduling of dates and staffing for flu clinics in the Washington Metro Area. Will order lab work and chest x-rays when directed by medical staff. Candidate will also monitor inventory levels of clinic supplies utilizing existing inventory sheets for each room, and will notify the responsible party when supplies need to be reordered in a timely manner. Candidate will inspect the examination rooms for neatness through out the day and will ensure they are maintained in an orderly condition, restocking and replenishing supplies as needed. Candidate will perform and document heights, weights and blood pressures when directed. Candidate will place orders for facility maintenance/repair as directed. Update spreadsheets. Place visitor requests.
