GDIT is seeking a highly motivated, independent Workforce Engagement Specialist with 10+ years of relevant experience to support the strategic engagement needs of organizational leadership and the workforce from a corporate perspective and through key mission areas, initiatives, and priorities identified by the organizational leadership.
US Citizenship is required and candidate must have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Develop strategic implementation life cycle documentation for a large Federal Agency to improve workforce engagement practices throughout the Agency.
Create, develop, and implement a variety of strategic engagement materials to include briefings, talking points, news and information articles, marketing and branding, town halls, brown-bags, and information sessions.
Review and analyze organizational documents to identify and provide recommendations to organizational leaders for use in developing clear, consistent, and unified messaging on strategic activities to stakeholders.
Confidently raise anticipated and unanticipated risks with the executive clients, provide recommendations, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other employee engagement sessions with Agency leadership and workforce.
Conduct analysis of past and current Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) results to understand results, identify trends, and synthesize data to identify recommendations for improvement and strategies for enhanced employee engagement.
Develop standardization of materials for recognition for employees (templates, standard operating procedures)
Organize and support the preparation and logistics of the Agency Awards and diversity and inclusion programs. Support and facilitate recognition programs;
Provide support in collection, analysis, and assembly of a range of data.
Demonstrated ability to:
Define large strategic engagement processes for an organization.
Facilitate strategy conversations between Agency leaders.
Prepare strategic communications for presentation to client stakeholders to support decision-making.
Lead internal quality review processes with attention to detail.
Required Academic Background:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Public Policy, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Communications, Industrial Psychology, or Related Field
Knowledge of SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and visual graphics skills.
