GDIT is seeking a Program Manager to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership to a specialized Information Technology (IT) Engineering Services (ES) contract within the ISR domain. Shall assign tasking to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.
Five+ years of experience leading and delivering complex IT solutions and mission support services for DoD or IC organizations supporting CONUS and OCONUS customers
Minimum of three years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approach in Defense and IC acquisition environments
Possess an active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification
Proposed PM must include certification and/or certification number
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with current (within the past five years) Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
Experience in leadership of complex tasks, including review of work products for correctness, compliance with industry best practices, DoD standards, and AF standards
A minimum of a Master’s Degree (MA) in a relevant field
Experience leading projects with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements
Six years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies for successful systems/software integration
