In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Provides technical and operational management of assigned project or tasks.
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
  • May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
  • Manages risk tracking process.
  • Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison.
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • SCOPE: Supports one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Medicare Part D program and operations experience required.
  • Team management experience required
  • Mainframe/Cloud migration experience required
  • SAFe Agile experience required.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
  • CMS experience preferred.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,829 - $121,243. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
