As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) will need to be highly motivated, polished, and organized as they will provide high level of support to the Sponsor Center office
The AA must demonstrate strong customer service skills. excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as apply strong, independent, analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely decisions in well defined, moderate risk situations and to determine when to seek assistance
The AA primarily supports the Sponsor Center office of the associate director as well as other center elements (approximately 130 people) but also supports the entirety of Sponsor organization as needed
The AA works closely with the director's executive support staff as well as other support entities to include facilities and logistics who also provide support to the Sponsor Center
The AA will work with and receive direction from the Chief of Support on a daily basis with. The work varies daily from fast-paced to medium-paced
Occasionally, as needed, and sometimes with short notice, the office may require adhoc travel Sponsor based locations in the WMA using POV as well as move boxes weighing no more than 40 pounds.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The office core hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The AA should arrive no earlier than 6:30am and depart no later than 5:30 pm, the position is for 1.0 FTE/1860.0 Hours and extended/additional hours beyond 1,860 are not needed
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
