  • PMP certification preferred
  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • Ability to interface with senior government officials
  • Effective management, administrative, and organizational skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Level IT project management
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively articulate policy, interface with other departments at all levels and manage staff
  • Prior experience with Special Operations programs and/or IT management
  • Able to develop processes and procedures to maintain ongoing contract management reporting and analysis
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures and ensure accuracy of project management.  Reviews the work of others and is able to detect errors or needed modifications
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and able to perform IT project planning, control and assurance methodologies
  • Able to work using project management software and familiar with financial and accounting processes used in support of program operations
  • Able to direct work of program control staff
  • Ability to accurately forecast direct and indirect labor hours and investments to accurately control costs and maximize revenue
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures. Reviews the work of others and is able to detect errors or needed modifications


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
