Ability to interface with senior government officials
Effective management, administrative, and organizational skills
Experience in Enterprise Level IT project management
Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively articulate policy, interface with other departments at all levels and manage staff
Prior experience with Special Operations programs and/or IT management
Able to develop processes and procedures to maintain ongoing contract management reporting and analysis
Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures and ensure accuracy of project management. Reviews the work of others and is able to detect errors or needed modifications
Experience working with project management methodologies and able to perform IT project planning, control and assurance methodologies
Able to work using project management software and familiar with financial and accounting processes used in support of program operations
Able to direct work of program control staff
Ability to accurately forecast direct and indirect labor hours and investments to accurately control costs and maximize revenue
Detail oriented and organized; able to understand work problems and procedures. Reviews the work of others and is able to detect errors or needed modifications
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
