  • Bachelor’s
  • 10 Years of relevant experience
  • Technical skills
  • TS/SCI with Poly


  • Demonstrated experience working directly with users to elicit user requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience writing functional and technical requirements with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical review and validation of requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing technical requirements for review and acceptance by review boards.
  • Demonstrated experience triaging technical requirements from multiple sources through a vetting process for customer prioritization and implementation by the development team.


  • Any Agile Certification (i.e. Scrum Master).

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience as a Requirements Specialist in the Sponsors or Sponsors partners environment.

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading or substantially participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new development.

  • Demonstrated on the job experience or knowledge of at least one of the Sponsors content management tools/applications.

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience or certification in either Human Centered Design or Design Thinking methodologies for collecting user requirements.

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience testing delivered capabilities and confirming functionality against user requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting communication and facilitation skills to include the ability to influence, coach and lead business and technology teams from conceptual model and methodology to tangible products such as business frameworks, performance value models and tactical actions.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and offering suggestions for concept development, systems specifications, technical exchange, requirements generation, metrics and deployment decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and with technical and non-technical officers.
