HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The admin will work to complete tasks will minimal supervision
The majority of the expected tasks will be transactional, however, the admin should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
The Sponsor's staff reside in one location; the admin is the first-person visitors see when entering the vault, thus there is an expectation that the selected admin will have the professional decorum to effectively communicate with general office and executive staff
The Sponsor's have externally located offices with their own dedicated admin support
The admin will be a source of expertise for the externally located and junior admins and work with the admins to establish a workflow system and provide administrative backup
The admin will have the ability to communicate clear and concise written and oral information, to include creating and responding to internal and external correspondence and communications
The position does not require the ability to lift heavy items
The position does not require CONUS OR OCONUS travel
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Position requires an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
The admin will work with the Sponsor to determine a mutually beneficial work schedule which will fall within the departments core office hours; it is not expected that the position will accrue overtime
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
This position is on customer site
