Report to the program director on project success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Working with the government, other vendors and teaming partners to integrate systems for optimal performance
Lead/Participate in discussions on establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews
Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders
Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Proven success in providing on site and remote leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Active Top Secret security clearance
Bachelors Degree in Business/Operations/Management Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years progressive experience in managing/leading IT Programs, including experience with Special Access Programs.
Experience in program management of services including execution, growth, and financial responsibility
Experience managing assigned program tasks and areas with annual revenues of $10M and above
5+ years of experience leading teams of various skillsets
Experience managing Cloud infrastructure programs with DevSecOps methodologies and cloud automation.
