Seeking a highly motivated business process analyst to support a fast-paced/multi-team environment providing process improvement and innovated solutions toward members of Security Services, Facilities, and HR departments.

Concentrated focus on analyzing business and customer needs for developing and implementing proposed solutions/strategies, business processes, enhancements, and information systems through recommended services and product solutions.

Identifies and communicates information system requirements to ensure validation and functionality of system processes, workflow, and performance.

Efficient in creating flow charts, metrics, use cases, and diagrams.

Collaborate with business and IT subject matter experts for the design and deployment of innovative work processes and procedures developed for automation and manual customer requirements.

BA/BS, 2+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI w/Poly is required.

Independently motivated to utilize internal and external resources by interacting with peers and multiple levels of management.

Strong written and oral skills for the development of training/briefing slides, standard operating procedures, and work instructions as well as documenting and presenting instructor-led demonstrations in support of deployed business processes to end-users.

Proven experience with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) MS Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe design software, and VISIO.
