The Oracle SME provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will analyze the Oracle database architecture and provide recommended changes in processes, configuration, software, and hardware as needed. Configure and tune the High Availability (HA) features using Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), install, configure, query, and administer Oracle. You will provide technical recommendations for Oracle system optimization, upgrade, enhancement, and integration to include database hardware/software and storage capability associated with the database. We are looking to hire a full-time Oracle SME to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.
Experience supporting Oracle Databases using one or more of the following Operating Systems environments. [Windows Server, Linux, and Solaris]
Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
BA/BS or equivalent experience
DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification
Computing Environment Certification, one or more of the following certifications Oracle Database 12C Administrator Certified Professional, Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Master, Oracle Database 11g or 12C Administrator Certified Professional, or Oracle Database 11C or 12C Administrator Certified Master
8 – 10 years of experience in information technology field
