In support of intelligence collection and exploitation of open source intelligence (OSINT) and publicly available information (PAI):

  • Prepares ad hoc responses to requirements
  • Prepares Open Source Intelligence Reports(OSIRS)
  • Conducts intelligence exploitation, inclusive of OSINT in support of other intelligence disciplines
  • Initiates collaboration amongst soldiers, civilian, and contractors in conducting critical tasks in research, collection, production, exploitation and dissemination of OSINT products
  • Provides input to the development and maintenance of OSINT procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational success
  • Provides regionally or functionally aligned open source information in accordance with customer standard operating procedures
  • Supports special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI
  • 7+ years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC
  • 4 years demonstrated experience working in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, analysis, or the exploitation of publicly available information or social media

Desired Qualifications:

  • All source analytic experience, multi-discipline experience (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT) and or Functional intelligence analysis experience (cyber, WMD etc.)
  • Graduate of OS301/OS302/OS401

Education:

  • Associates Degree with 7 years in an intelligence discipline
  • High School Diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline in lieu of an Associates
