Join General Dynamic Information Technology’s (GDIT’s) Growth organization and help manage Agile projects associated with our Technology Offerings program.  As a Technology Offerings Project Manager, you will oversee day to day execution of GDIT’s Enterprise Technology Offerings projects.  In collaboration with our Offering / Product Owners and Development teams, you will provide agile, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects.  You will regularly review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and backlogs, and prepare status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and business goals and objectives.  You will be responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects. In collaboration with Offering / Product Owners you will help manage or direct resources required to perform assigned tasks. A successful candidate will have experience running Agile projects and serving as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide agile, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master to facilitate key Agile Ceremonies for assigned projects.
  • Lead the development of technical project plans, and administrative / budget reporting.
  • Conduct planning and provide recommendations to GDIT leadership on project workload / resource requirements.
  • Manage Agile backlogs and project schedules with input and support from Offering / Product Owners, Development Teams and project stakeholders.
  • Manage a risk tracking process for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate development of deliverables and products for assigned projects.
  • Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent development projects with support from Offering / Product Owners and Development Teams.
  • Track and report on performance of assigned projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager OR in lieu of Bachelors Degree, 9+ years of military or related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • PMP, Scrum Master, OR other relevant industry certification required
  • General knowledge of IT domains such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Software Development and Enterprise IT desired
