Gain on-the-job Experience General Dynamics IT’s Early Talent Clearance Program allows you to enter the workforce as a cleared employee through one of three methods:
1. Directly into a program assignment based on desired work. 2. By experiencing different assignments in areas like service/ help desk, cyber security, data analytics, cloud computing, application development, network designing, information security, and other IT projects. This usually starts with a term on the customer front-end (service desk enterprise operations) and then a rotation or direct assignment thereafter. 3. As an uncleared employee who works in an uncleared space while your clearance processes (based on job openings).
