This Quality/Risk Manager will: • Ensure the GDIT Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to customer, internal, ISO, and regulatory/legal requirements. • Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians. • Report to management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement. • Conduct periodic management quality/risk review meetings • Conduct, participate and/or oversee all periodic audits of the QMS • Evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS • Implement all relevant procedures described in the QMS • Update quality documents • Conduct, participate and/or oversee all periodic audits of the QMS • Work as a part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements. • 2-3 years’ experience performing quality assurance audits • 3+ years of experience working projects for the High Performance Computing (HPC) Modernization Program, but commercial or federal experience with HPC would be a plus • Identify risks and provide alternate strategies to address them • Six Sigma certified or trained is a plus
Requirements: • Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, supplemented with a computer science and/or information systems or other related discipline • U.S. Citizen • Minimum Secret clearance required
