Support GDIT's Acquisition Compliance audit program through pre and post-award audit review of acquisitions (purchase orders and subcontracts) ensuring that GDIT's acquisition files comply with established policy and process.
Advise subcontracts administrators and direct procurement buyers on the development of quality procurement documentation including but not limited to award summary and price analysis.
Create and maintain compliant audit checklists.
Provides advice and interpretation of acquisition manual, policy, and procedure requirements
Support Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) preparations.
Coordinates with acquisition managers and staff to help guide and support potential areas of concerns and issues.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant acquisition procedures.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience in lieu of degree
2 years of related experience in purchasing, subcontracts administration, or contracts administration in support of federal contracts
Understanding of the principals of price analysis and price negotiations
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, and conditions governing federal contracts, including FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
Effective administrative and organizational skills.

Intermediate skill level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
1-2 years of related experience in acquisition file auditing or other federal contracting compliance roles
