Job Description

GDIT is hiring a Project Manager for the development of mobile software applications for a government agency.

The Project Manager:

Manages software development or engineering directly and offers leadership, coaching, and training. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Strong program management and system delivery background, a well-rounded technical background in current web, mobile and object-oriented technologies, and demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large projects using DevOps methodology. Is in communication with senior management on status, risks, and project status and strategy. Schedules staff to obtain proper response in a timely manner. Reviews and prioritizes needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility.


Experience with Agile project management practices. 8 years of experience in leading Technical software development programs for Federal agencies

BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience Certifications: PMI - PMP
