Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Theater Communications Planning
The contractor shall manage supervise and perform theater communication systems planning and implementation activities. Activities include:
? Provide continuity for deployed USAF personnel on all projects and shall act as the focal point for all communication systems planning,
? Direct and lead all planning meetings, video- and teleconferences as required by the task order
? Coordinate with Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) and external agencies as required to develop project plans; brief SMEs, local command, and external agencies as required
? Manage implementation of communication systems projects
? Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other aspects as required
? Ensure communications systems architecture, configuration, and integration conformity by coordinating engineering data through the base Communications Systems Integrator (CSI)
? Act as a liaison with the base level Air Force personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements
? Coordinate and process deployed base requirements as required.
? Develop templates for project tracking, informational papers, trip reports, high level and detailed strategic communication plans *
? Develop tracking and storage directories for program/project data*Provide guidance and assistance to AOR communication planning personnel CONUS and OCONUS*
? Coordinate CSI and Construction Management support.*
? Provide guidance to AFCENT A67 Engineering and Installations for A6X*
PMP Certifications or similar work experience.
Senior level of experience in planning and scheduling various project workload. Must have experience in gathering and analyzing information to prepare status reports. Must have experience in ensuring that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy. Must have experience in evaluating current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the following:
Managing, supervising, and coordinating military communication systems Planning and implementation activities, Managing communication architecture, configuration, and integration conformity, Working and communicating with military officers. • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
