As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing technical strategies, roadmaps, and reports for the organization and key stakeholders, including technical guidance, leadership, and direction related to ongoing and future projects. Responsibilities include:
Program leadership of AOC WS contractor team, ensuring sustainment and continuity of AOC WS operations at all worldwide deployed locations
Serving as a technical liaison between Government leads and contractor technical leads and prepare and present technical project information to stakeholders, and senior management.
Ability to address programmatic challenges and systems integration in the following areas: DevSecOps, Automation, IT and Cloud Transformation, Cyber Security and Agile Software Development.
Close coordination with Air Force Kessel Run development and integration processes
Responsible for contract cost, schedule, and scope control
Responsible for management of subcontractors and third party agencies, including establishment, management and control of Associate Contract Agreements (ACAs).
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
10 years experience supporting United States Air Force - Air Combat Operations, Mission Planning Systems, and related processes
10 years of Computer, Network, Software, or Information Systems Engineering work experience
6 years of technical program leadership experience
Demonstrates expert level program management/product delivery experience in a technical discipline with an ability to solve complex engineering challenges in information technology
Demonstrates experience in planning, communication, and presentation skills and a well-organized approach to technical solutions and execution
