HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The AA will be one of two first-line representatives for this office and will serve as a liaison between department leadership and other customer elements
As such, the selected candidate must convey a positive and professional impression of the office. The AA is in a customer facing position that works with a team, but once tasks are identified, will work independently to ensure completion
The AA must be able to schedule numerous daily meetings and appointments, and help to prioritize, schedule or reschedule daily calendars for department leadership
Although many requests are transactional, there is an added level of complexity, and critical thinking skills are required to ensure each individual situation is appropriately processed to completion
The AA should have the required ability to lift 10 lbs. of weight (Office Supplies), and may be required to move between the various departments, as well as to/from the building mail room
There is no local travel or TOY requirements for this position
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Core Hours are 0800-1600; overtime will be authorized if necessary
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
