Provides the general administrative functions of a variety of administrative units. Work includes answering phones, dealing with customers and staff; preparing documents and reports; compiling records; scheduling meeting; and organizing and maintaining files; heavy data entry; the processing and reconciling of purchase card requests; the processing and payment of check package requests; tracking of all assets across all programs including vehicle and capitol assets.
May collect and input timesheet data into automated accounting system and process labor corrections
May process purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports
Serves as a point of contact for office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as external contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
May serve as a team or task lead
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
