Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Works as part of an Agile software development team utilizing the Scrum framework, acting as the pivotal resource that bridges customer expectations and team output.
  • Solicit, define, and manage requirements and scope for the workstream.
  • Create, maintain, and support the distribution of applicable project-related artifacts including requirement documents, user stories, use cases, source to target mapping document, System User Guides, Operations Manuals, and Interface Control Documents.
  • Prepare in-depth functional process flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
  • Facilitate and contribute to future state design and providing support as needed to the COTS implementation teams during configuration.
  • Suggest process improvements where necessary and appropriate to improve operational efficiency and execution 
  • Collect and perform analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders including business owners, users, developers, testers and scrum team members.
  • Ensures that the requirements are implemented and tested as they are written and originally intended.
  • Create and deliver presentations to the client as well as other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
  • Experience soliciting and defining business and system requirements.
  • Experience with the Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Experience using VersionOne.
  • Experience with HR/Talent Acquisition information management systems preferred.
