Core Hours 0900-1500. Serve as the focal point for FO. The SA will manage FO LT(4) calendars. Provide daily calendar cards, schedule/maintain most meetings. Prioritize/deconflict meetings. The SA will track actions, support planning, set-up, take down office ceremonies, events. Manage shared conference room. room reservations. Distribute mail. Serve as the main POC for phone calls to include recorded messages. The SA will provide binders for meetings, interview panels. The SA will assist with access requests, office rosters/phone trees/update employee locator. Maintain Emergency Point of Contact Information. Track and Order supplies. Assist with renovations, office moves. Submit travel requests (to include visas, passports, medical) and travel vouchers.
