8+ years' experience in instructional design and curriculum support, using the Plan, Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (PADDIE+M) process to course updates and revision.
Must have excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to align identified tasks and skills to learning objectives which are observable and measurable.
Knowledge of instructional design practices and the study of the principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing design strategy and models, and applying design methods to the improvement of instructional effectiveness.
Candidate must be a US citizen with a qualifying background investigation (NACLC or higher) within the last 10 years to meet eligibility requirements for an IT Level II Common Access Card (CAC).
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Naval technical publications format and the ability to locate reference information.
Expert with designing and developing Navy curriculum at all levels of interactivity.
Expert AIM CPM / LOM user.
Expert knowledge of NETC instructional design practices specifically the NAVEDTRA 130 series, MIL-HNDBK 29612 series and ILE Guidelines.
Be familiar with the SalesForce Curriculum Development Tool.
Have a current Secret Clearance.
