QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent technical discipline

Minimum of eight years current experience with geospatial tools (enterprise and niche) to process and visualize complex, disparate, high-volume data to analytic requirements

Minimum of eight years current experience delivering engineering solutions using ESRI products

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Demonstrated experience engineering both enterprise and niche solutions to meet and move forward analytic capabilities with geospatial data. Demonstrated experience soliciting ad/or identifying analytic needs from in-depth understanding of collection technologies, data, analytic needs/gaps and geo-spatial technologies, and evolving or build new capabilities using geospatial tool technologies. Demonstrated experience tailoring project planning to deliver enterprise and niche capabilities that can rapidly respond to high demand user base. Demonstrated experience engineering the architecture and implementing transition plan to implement said architecture for geospatial tools solutions.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

Minimum of eight years of experience delivering geospatial solutions to advance analytic capabilities with the data collection, volume and timeliness requirements that are unique to the Sponsor and/or IC working the CT mission Demonstrated subject matter expertise in geo-spatial development and analytics using GSM/CDMA/UHF protocols Prior experience as a SIGNIT or All-Source Analyst Significant experience in the GIS targeting activities performed by the Sponsor. Demonstrated experience delivering solutions using the current technologies that comprise the CrossHairs and Tactical Tools Suite
