GDIT is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Lock-In Specialist to support our NCMMIS program.

The Pharmacy Technician will take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives. Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports. Acts as liaison for customers. Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the SME for the recipient lock-in program on the Pharmacy team.  

  • Performing adjustments to lock-in profiles at the request of recipients or providers based on program parameters. 

  • Responsible for working lock-in baskets and processing returned letters.  

  • Receiving escalated lock-in calls  

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations and customers.   

  • Other duties as assigned 

Minimum Requirements:

HS or equivalent + 4 yrs related experience
