Conduct root cause analysis of high priority INC and PBIs.
Coordinate the status of operations to the GPMO and other stakeholders.
Coordinates and performs software problem analysis, requirements analysis, design, modification, testing and adaption of application software.
Directs and manages resources responsible for the resolution of discrepancies and other required maintenance activities.
Ensure operations process and procedures are followed.
Ensure resolution of Priority 1 and 2 INC and PBIs per customers timelines for operational tickets.
Leads operations and maintenance effort for the FS2 ASP suite of capabilities, products, and services.
Provides a daily Operations status of all FS2 systems to stakeholders.
Experience in NGA application software operations and sustainment
Experience in systems sustainment, integration, and test
ITIL Service Transition and Service Operations certification
Experience in NGA geospatial information system development or sustainment is desired.
Information Technology or STEM Bachelor’s Degree.
BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of experience
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience in Cyber Security.
Experience in leading team-tasks for modifying complex applications programs from specifications and Discrepancy Reports.
Experience in systems sustainment, integration, and test.
Experience or certification with software and system lifecycle methodologies (e.g., ISO, CMMI).
Thorough understanding of AWS
