Our work depends on a Senior Program Manager joining our team to support the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) contract for the United States Postal Service (USPS) located in Eagan, MN.

As a Senior Program Manager supporting the United States Postal Service, you will be trusted to lead all aspects of program execution of a large managed infrastructure services contract leading a staff of over 150 and 20,000 plus servers. In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborating with USPS IT leadership to meet operational services delivery requirements and serves as a primary liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Transition to and deliver IT managed services with focus on computer infrastructure operations support for large enterprise organizations.
Leads the delivery of all aspects of IT operations in a DevSecOps environment.
Leads efforts to plan and execute Organizational change, process improvements, and implementing program efficiencies.
Responsible for meeting all operational SLAs.
Manages and responsible for the successful completion of all contract tasks, deliverables, and assigned program requirements including technical work, financial, and business development activities.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate task leads, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits with corporate leadership and customer.
Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements, and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BA / BS required (MS preferred)
15+ years of related experience with 5 years’ experience as a PM for a large IT program managing an infrastructure services contract while leading a staff of over 150 personnel and 20,000 plus servers
Secure Public Trust Clearance
PMI PMP Certification required
ITIL4 Certification required
Position will support some telecommuting
Data Center Operations Manager (DCOM) certification
Data Center Expert (DCE) certification
Data Center Infrastructure Expert (DCIE) certification
Experience managing a cross-functional IT team responsible for service desk, network engineering, databases, data storage, disaster recovery, and systems management
