Job Description

We are GDIT. The people supporting and securing some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country.

GDIT seeks a Senior PRISM Technical/Functional Expert to join our team supporting the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).

As a Technical/Functional Expert your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct analysis, design, and development for software changes (e.g., break-fix, enhancements).
  • Troubleshooting technical issues between Oracle Federal Financials and PRISM integration.
  • Work closely with the DOE functional team to assist with PRISM technical issues.
  • Assist the DBA support team with installation and configuration issues.
  • Support software installation and validation in production and lower environments.
  • Deliver tier-three support to resolve customer incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions to identify problems.
  • Coordinate with Unison to ensure software changes are included in future software releases.
  • Identify opportunities for the client to improve operational processes related to acquisition management.
  • Develop and deliver ad-hoc data extracts to the customer.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of intensive, progressive, and relevant experience in Unison PRISM. Without a degree 10 years of relevant experience is required. Two thirds of the experience need to be in as a Subject Matter Expert supporting Unison PRISM.
  • Extensive work experience with the Windows Server Environment, PL/SQL, Oracle, ASP .NET, ASP .NET Web Services, and XML.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
