Salary Range: $135K - $160K (wide range depending on level of experience and tradecraft expertise)
The on-site Project Manager serves as the main point of contact and subject matter expert, responsible to ensure deliverables and timelines are met under this project.
Maintain routine, open communication with the customer Program Manager to ensure tasks are executed to meet statement of work objectives
Prepare a Monthly Financial Status Report in support of the Monthly In-Progress Review (IPR)
Supervises and mentors a team responsible for the design, development, and operation of a DoD Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP) program
Conducts planning and strategy sessions in support of continued development of collection manager professionalization (i.e. position descriptions, career paths, developing best practices guides)
Attendees customer and interagency meetings, governance councils and collaborative forums on behalf of the client
Oversee content development for a collection manager advanced course and/or seminar; delivered by both traditional classroom and on-line
Forecast, coordinate and ensure scheduling of collection manager training seminars
Participates in special projects as required
Current TS/SCI, CI Polygraph eligible
5years+ experience as an intelligence professional
5years+ supervising personnel
Experience with Multi-INT intelligence principles, concepts, techniques and strategy development in support of collection requirements / operations management (i.e. GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, or all-source)
Strong written and verbal communications skills to prepare and confidently deliver briefings and papers for senior officials
MS Office Skills (i.e. excel, powerpoint, word)
Collection Operations experience
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
SCOPE: Manages one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.
