GDIT is currently searching for a Financial Analyst to support to the Health and Civil Group's programs.

Task and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management, At Risk coordination, forecasting, EAC development and support, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review and cash flow management
  • Interfaces with project managers and business leaders on a regular basis
  • Must be able to support multiple complex contracts, program managers and contract types
  • Communicate with all levels of management
  • Review and understand contract terms, and contribute effectively to the job setup and closeout processes
  • Provide data and financial analysis in support of external customer requirements, Group/Corporate data calls and audit requests
  • Act proactively and shows initiative with regard to risk assessment, escalation and mitigation
  • Work with Program Managers to optimize profitability and cost controls


  • BA or equivalent + 3 years related experience, or MA + 1 year related experience
  • 2-3 years of Government contracting experience
  • Advanced Excel experience (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
