**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
Core Hours: 8:00am-2:30pm AA shall manage two meeting calendars for FO leadership and provide calendar assistance to remaining six FO staff on a case-by-case basis. The AA shall manage calendars for two FO leadership staff which includes the following internal standing meetings: One daily one weekly four weekly, four monthly, four bi-weekly, and one bi-monthly. Depending on the standing meetings, attendees include working groups or customer office senior leadership. Management of FO leadership calendars include de-conflicting with various meeting requests, coordinating with /FO for schedules, updates and changes to meetings as required. The AA is required to attend morning staff meeting Mondays through Thursday and brief on relevant administrative matters. AA will prepare PowerPoint slides (content provided by others) for bi-monthly All Hands and assemble material for interview binders for panel review. The AA will request facility access on an ad hoc basis for other Sponsor personnel attending meetings in Customer's conference rooms. Responsible for onboarding and off boarding processing, to include submitting various accesses for email groups and user accounts requests and removals via the Sponsor's access request system. Update office organizational charts; and update and distribute office phone tree cards. Serve as the primary POC for visitors and address visitor needs, and escort visitors as needed. Serve as a vault custodian and T&A Keeper. Manage office supplies. Create service tickets for equipment repair. Will pick up mail on a daily basis from mail room and distribute mail, as needed, and provide pouching assistance or other support to personnel when requested. The AA will also provide administrative assistance to the EXO on an adhoc basis, as requested. Update, as necessary, a standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the duties and tasks of the AA position. Travel coordination and voucher.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
