work depends on an OEM Vendor Manager joining our team to
support our government client’s activities in the Northern Virginia locations.

manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Vendor Manager, or OVM, manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Daily OVM activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.
Functions include and are not limited to:
Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations.
Establish, manage, maintain, and annually renew 50+ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) information technology support purchase agreements including updates to addition and removal of equipment in each purchase agreement
Manage relationships with commercial OEM vendor sales, technical, and executive representatives
Respond to customer Change Mgmt process (Request for Change, tickets, etc.) and coordinate with vendors, operations, and change managers to complete additions, removals, and changes
Manage OEM vendor warranty and maintenance support agreement for IT baseline
Coordinate and conduct meetings with OEM vendors to manage support agreements
Prepare Request for Quote (RFQ) and approval packages for customer and corporate procurement
Review and quality check incoming quotes from OEM vendors and resolve discrepancies
Ensure Vendor compliance with ND 50-15, ND 50-22, NAM 52.246-002, NAM 52.246-004
Perform property and records management duties of assigned assets across 20K+ records and 50+ OEM vendors
Prepare monthly contract, business, procurement, and equipment reports
Coordinate with procurement, business managers, finance, property, operations, and vendors
Prepare purchase requests and changes, additions, and removals
Collect, manage, and report End of Service Life (EOSL) status to government customer
Mange list of OEM POCs and vendor Tier 2 field Technicians, and mange updates to CMDB
Plan, manage, and coordinate Commercially Owned Commercially Operated (COCO) spares provided by OEM vendors including managing forward-deployed inventory, on site storage areas and storage lockers at major hub- sites
Coordinate receipt and handling shipment of COCO spares and courier of COCO spares to the other sites as needed with operations and logistics teams
Ensure forward deployed and off-site OEM Vendor COCO spare parts support operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Perform financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations
Perform and is responsible for administrative and analytical tasks/reports in support of the program to completion
Lead and/or participate in special projects as required
Bachelor Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
5+ years of directly related experience in data analysis, project management, supply chain management, project management and vendor relationship management
Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint and other tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
