GDIT is seeking a functional analyst in Bossier City, LA to support the service center on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program serving the National Security and Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) community. In this role, you will perform as a critical customer liaison for GDIT’s contract to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Telecommunications Service Priority (TSP) program. CISA’s TSP mission authorizes NS/EP organizations to receive priority treatment for vital voice and data circuits. The TSP program also provides service vendors a Federal Communications Commission mandate to prioritize requests by identifying those services critical to NS/EP.
Supports customers ranging from local government administrative staff to Federal Government officials to critical infrastructure industry partners
Works independently to answer customer questions about the programs.
Assists in managing the program database content to ensure quality and integrity of the data; to include points of contact, user organizations, vendor organizations, circuit identifiers, and various reports
Assists in various program operations (processing customer requests, revalidation and confirmation processes
Provides ongoing customer support for incoming and established TSP customers. Supports inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone and email.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance and pass a DHS Entry on Duty background investigation
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related experience
2 or more years of contact center based customer service related experience
Strong communication skills and end-user support skills
Proficiency in Excel and Access, data manipulation, and use of web-based applications
