Rebecca McHale is GDIT’s Chief Digital Technology & People Officer and senior vice president. Rebecca oversees all matters related to the employee experience including enterprise information technology, AI, collaboration, people management and development, talent acquisition, benefits, and compensation. She brings together GDIT’s people and technology strategies for greater agility, efficiency and impact.
Previously, Rebecca served in several leadership positions at Peraton, including chief human resources officer and chief information officer. Prior to that, she served as chief information officer and chief information security officer at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Rebecca earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Mary Washington and her master’s degree in discrete mathematics and computing applications from Royal Holloway, University of London.
