Company appoints Paul Nedzbala as chief business officer to lead new Enterprise Business Office and Jylinda Johnson as senior vice president of Federal Civilian division
FALLS CHURCH, Va. – General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of General Dynamics, announced today changes to its executive leadership to further strengthen its business operations and accelerate continued growth and innovation.
Effective January 1, 2026, Paul Nedzbala will lead GDIT’s new Enterprise Business Office as its chief business officer. Nedzbala, who previously served as GDIT’s senior vice president of the Federal Civilian division, will oversee enterprise operational functions, including real estate and facilities, program support, technology shared services, security, supply chain and subcontracts. The Enterprise Business Office will also oversee corporate development strategies to further accelerate the delivery of differentiated, advanced technology solutions to government agencies.
GDIT also promoted Jylinda Johnson to senior vice president of the Federal Civilian division, assuming Nedzbala’s former role. Johnson will lead the strategic direction, growth, planning and performance of teams supporting federal civilian, state and local agencies. Previously, Jylinda led GDIT’s government operations and citizen services sector where she oversaw digital modernization initiatives for more than 20 federal civilian agencies. She is a member of the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council's executive committee.
