The Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) leads the Department of War’s (DoW) counterintelligence (CI) training and development efforts. Through tailored programs, JCITA equips military, civilian, and contractor personnel to detect, deter, and counter foreign intelligence threats, ensuring the security of U.S. operations, technologies, and national interests.

Career Growth

The program is committed to career growth and advancement, offering structured development plans to help employees build a long-term career within the JCITA program and GDIT. Instructor positions are available across experience levels, with mentoring opportunities available within the instructor cadre and advancement/promotion opportunities in line with experience. Course leader opportunities are available for every major course offering.

Employees will have opportunity to support the most advanced world-class CI training modalities. Opportunities for non-standard work schedules and travel exist, course dependent.

Positions require TS/SCI with favorable polygraph. Some roles require additional certifications. Positions are located in Quantico, VA.
